We collect no personal data when you simply browse the site. Data is processed in two cases only:
- Contact form — name, company, email address, phone number and message content. This data is used solely to handle and answer your request.
- Direct email — if you write to info@lynthis.com, your message and contact details are used only to reply.
Legal basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting commercial relationship, then deleted.
4. What we do not do
- We do not track your browsing behaviour for advertising purposes.
- We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
- We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

The site uses only cookies and local storage that are essential to its operation (for example, remembering your choice on the cookie banner). You can decline them via the banner or manage your preferences in your browser.
6. Processors and hosting
The site is hosted by SiteGround, on servers located within the European Union. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when pages load.

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply appropriate technical measures to secure communications and the data you send us.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise them, write to info@lynthis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
