These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Lynthis. By requesting or using our services, the client acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of services and contractual agreement

Lynthis provides technology integration, automation and technical support services. Before any service is delivered, a discussion takes place to define the project requirements and execution details, in particular:

The nature and scope of the service
Execution timelines
Obligations of both parties
Payment terms
Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses

3. Order confirmation and contractual commitment

A formal contract must be signed before Lynthis provides any service. This contract is the legally binding document outlining the commitments and conditions of service execution.

4. Payment terms

Payments must be made according to the contract terms. Late payments may result in service suspension, penalties or additional administrative fees as permitted by Belgian and EU law.

5. Modifications or cancellations

Any modification or cancellation must be communicated in writing and requires mutual agreement. Additional fees may apply for changes affecting the agreed scope or timeline.

6. Liability and limitations

Lynthis commits to professionalism and diligence but cannot be held responsible for external factors beyond its control, such as internet failures, software bugs or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Lynthis retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies and tools.
Clients receive a licence to use deliverables but may not resell or redistribute them.
New developments may require additional agreements regarding ownership.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Lynthis will not disclose client data without consent, except when required by law.

9. Force majeure

Lynthis is not liable for delays due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, regulatory changes or cyberattacks.

10. Data protection (GDPR compliance)

Lynthis complies with the GDPR. Where data processing is necessary, both parties agree on data handling terms. See our privacy policy for more details.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law and EU regulations. In case of dispute, the parties will attempt amicable resolution before resorting to legal action in the competent courts of Belgium.
