Programmable logic controller programming

We develop, optimise and troubleshoot the PLC logic that drives your machines and production lines. Whether the need concerns a single machine or a complete installation, the goal is the same: stable operation, minimised downtime and a program a technician can diagnose.

Our work covers new program development, changes to running installations, taking over third-party code, and migrating controllers that have reached end of support. Our programs follow IEC 61131-3 and, for sequential processes, the ISA-88 model.

Human-machine interface (HMI) design

A good HMI shows the operator what they need, when they need it. We design interfaces that provide real-time process visualisation, alarm management that makes the origin of a fault quick to identify, and control screens that stay consistent from one machine to the next.

SCADA supervision

We implement SCADA systems for centralised monitoring of your installations: data acquisition and historisation, performance dashboards, alarm management and secure remote access. These systems become the foundation of any production optimisation or energy efficiency effort.

Platforms we master

Upgrade or new controller?

An end-of-life controller, spare parts that can no longer be sourced, a program nobody understands any more: those are the three signals that justify modernisation. We assess what exists, price the takeover and plan the switchover to limit the impact on your production.

Frequently asked questions

Which controller brands do you work with?

Our three main platforms are Siemens (TIA Portal, STEP 7, SIMATIC S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300, S7-400 and PCS 7, WinCC supervision), Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View) and Schneider Electric (Modicon M340 and M580, Control Expert, EcoStruxure, Vijeo Citect). We also work with Beckhoff TwinCAT, Wago and Codesys.

Do you program SIMATIC PCS 7 systems?

Yes. We work on PCS 7 architectures, both for functional changes and for taking over and documenting existing installations — a common situation in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Do you work with AVEVA / Wonderware supervision?

Yes. We develop and extend InTouch and System Platform applications, which are widespread on Belgian pharmaceutical and food production sites, alongside WinCC, Vijeo Citect and FactoryTalk View supervision.

Can you migrate an obsolete controller to a current platform?

Yes. We carry out migrations of end-of-life controllers — for example from an S7-300 to an S7-1500 — carrying over the existing logic, documenting it and keeping production downtime to the strict minimum.

Do you deliver program documentation?

Always. Every delivery includes the functional analysis, the variable and alarm lists, and a commented program. The goal is that your teams or another provider can take over the system without depending on us.
